COMMUNITY COMMITMENT

TM

Our commitment to community is not an afterthought—it’s the foundation upon which everything else stands.

Across Mexico and the United States, we operate with the belief that clean water and proper nutrition are the twin pillars of a thriving society. Through our sister company in Guanajuato, Mexico, we actively invest in this belief by drilling and maintaining water wells that bring clean, fresh water to local communities, many of which face severe drought conditions. For us, this is not charity—it is responsibility.

Access to water and nourishment defines the health and dignity of every community, and we see it as our duty to ensure that both are within reach.

Our greenhouse operations serve as living classrooms where opportunity and education meet.

Every employee is given not only fair wages, but also the chance to learn about agronomy and sustainable agricultural practices—skills that empower them to grow their own futures. These are not transient jobs; they are career paths in the making.

Across our network of companies—including industrial hardware and manufacturing stores, agricultural supply operations, water well drilling services, and administrative offices—we employ nearly 200 individuals in Mexico, each representing the heartbeat of our mission.

As Swendoza Foods expands into the United States, we are determined to lead with the same integrity and transparency that define our operations in Mexico: creating jobs, educating future generations, and promoting sustainability through our institutionalized functional nutrition programs.

Looking ahead, we are preparing to launch the Swendoza Foundation, a philanthropic extension of our mission that will deepen our community investment on both sides of the border.

Its focus will be clear: to fund educational initiatives, workforce training, and nutrition programs that strengthen the health and economic resilience of families throughout North America. Through Fortress North America, we envision a supply chain where every link—farmers, packers, drivers, and distributors—shares in collective success. Future projects include Viva Verde™ community tasting and wellness events, youth nutrition partnerships in schools, and retail experiences built around our guiding principle: “Harvesting Health.” By bringing culturally rooted, health-forward foods like baby cactus (nopalitos) into households across the continent, we not only nourish bodies but also bridge communities through shared values and shared prosperity.

At Swendoza Foods, we are more than a food company. We are a coalition of families, farmers, and visionaries working to prove that business, when built on empathy and excellence, can transform entire regions. From the fields of Guanajuato to the tables of Houston, Chicago, and Toronto, our purpose remains constant—to empower people, strengthen economies, and cultivate a healthier future for all of North America.
