The Swendoza Foods Story -
At Swendoza Foods, our story has always been personal.
When my wife and I welcomed our son into the world, something shifted — an unshakable responsibility to create not just a livelihood, but a legacy. We set out to build a business that reflects our values, honors our cultures, and shapes the kind of future we want for him. That is how Swendoza Foods was born.
From the beginning, our mission has been broader than wholesale produce supply. We are building a bridge—linking the United States, Mexico, and Canada into what we call Fortress North America: a resilient, mutually beneficial alliance rooted in proximity, trust, and shared prosperity. In an age of uncertainty, strengthening our regional ties is not only good business—it is a promise that our communities will thrive together.

What We Do.
At Swendoza Foods, our foundation is built on IQF—Individually Quick Frozen fruits and vegetables that unite advanced freezing technology with a continent-wide cold chain. Through our partnerships with certified facilities across Mexico and an expansive U.S. distribution network from Chicago to Southern California, Atlanta to the Tri-State, and Alberta to Toronto, we deliver consistent quality and reliability at scale.
Our IQF portfolio stands apart through volume capacity exceeding 100 million pounds annually, rigorous certifications including SQF, Organic, Kosher, and CTPAT, and precise cold-chain logistics that ensure every case arrives on time and in peak condition.
While frozen produce remains our core, we’ve also expanded into fresh production with a modern greenhouse in Guanajuato, Mexico, growing grape tomatoes under PrimusGFS certification, and a robust broccoli program serving national distributors and restaurant chains.
As proud members of Blue Book Services, AFFI, and NFRA, Swendoza Foods operates with the credibility, compliance, and executional excellence that define a trusted North American supplier. Every order reflects our promise: premium quality, reliable delivery, and partnership-driven service.
But at the heart of Swendoza Foods is a commitment to rehumanizing the food industry. For us, food is not a commodity—it is culture, community, and connection.
It is medicine, heritage, and an investment in ourselves. Our work institutionalizes functional nutrition, creates meaningful jobs on both sides of the border, and affirms that nourishing communities goes hand in hand with empowering them.
That vision extends into Viva Verde™, our flagship retail line. Viva Verde™ represents a dialogue between the richness of Latin tradition and the intentionality of modern wellness. Bold in flavor, rooted in authenticity, and designed for today’s health-conscious consumer, it proves that heritage and health not only can coexist—they strengthen one another.
We are building something meant to last: a business where health and heritage thrive together; a regional economy where three nations work in concert—not just for trade, but for the dignity of work and the strength of families. With our Texas hubs, our industry affiliations, and our ability to scale both fresh and frozen programs with precision, we are prepared to grow with speed, serve with integrity, and lead with purpose.
And make no mistake—we are just getting started.
